Design Your Packet
We make a design for you as your choice for your packaging pouch.
Maximum job is made by 5 to 7 colours.
Cylinder Making
Cylinder manufacturer makes a set of cylinders by this design. If your job has 5 colours it require 5 cylinders.
Total processing time may take 12 to 15 days.
Printing Process
We print printable film by these cylinders by our rotogravure machine using various inks.
Inspection Doctoring
We select only accurate printing sheet by doctoring machine.
Lamination Process
Next step is lamination. Which is done by lamination machine. Printed film laminated with a secondary film which may be LLDP, BOPP, CPP or any subsequent material.
Slitting Process
We trim extra edge of that laminated roll and convert into small rolls by our high speed slitting rewind machine.
Pouch Making Proces
We convert these roll into Flexible Packaging pouch as your requirement.
After that your printed pouches is ready for deliver.
